Frequently Asked Questions
How would you best describe your style?
I don’t dictate how your wedding should be photographed and I don’t force any posing. I will photograph your wedding day as it naturally unfolds with all the real smiles, laughs and tears.
I am a hybrid documentary photographer, mixing more traditional photography with a natural look.
Do you do group photographs?
As a Documentary Photographer I don’t rule out taking the more traditional group photos. I regularly am asked to take photos of my couples with family and friends and this is something I like to discuss in our initial consultation.
o keep the list managable I suggest limiting it to about 10 group shots, depending how much time we have to play with. If you would like some ideas I can let you have a list of typical group shots. Remember, they don't all have to be serious!
How long after the wedding will the photographs be ready?
I don’t like to rush the process and I don’t want to miss the captured moments. I offer a competitively speedy turnaround within 30 days. There are times this is faster and there are times this is over however I want the best photos for all my clients!
How do we book?
Firstly, contact me and let’s make sure I am free and you still want me after a brief discussion. After that I ask for some information for a contract and once that is signed and back with me I take less than a £100 deposit with full payment 30 days before the wedding, although this can be after the wedding if you want that extra layer of security.
